About Jennifer Heminger
A Bodyworker, herbalist, and yoga instructor, Jennifer has a passion for helping people find better health through deepening the connection to self. With 12 years of experience in her craft, Jennifer has continued to learn during her career and has a focus on energetic stress management and easing the effects of trauma. As a yoga instructor, it is her intention to help students meet themselves even more on the mat, offering student-specific alignment cuing and hands-on-assists.
Alice Encinas Duvernell, MA, is a French Ethno-Botanist who been living for the past 10 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Passionate about every natural gift the earth brings, she teaches adults and children to reconnect to their body through a deeper heart connection with nature.
In collaboration with Zen Lot, Alice will share her wealth of knowledge as a aromatherapist and medicine-maker, leading classes and supporting the community with her beautiful products Biophilia available at the studio for purchase.

About Tamara Vodovoz
Tamara began practicing Yoga when she was 17 years old in Colombia. Curious to find creative ways for embodied self expression and joyfull connections with others, she found the magical alchemy of AcroYoga. Today she enjoys sharing this practice with people from all walks of life. She believes AcroYoga offers a safe space to fulfill our needs for human contact and feel empowered by trusting and lifting each other.
